Well located, spacious room, adjustable temperature, useful kettle, accommodating staff, clean facilities.

The hotel had a beautiful exterior and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the location was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the local sights. Plus, the spa facilities were a great bonus, providing a relaxing escape during our romantic getaway.

There were a few aspects that were disappointing. the cleanliness in some areas of the hotel, such as the carpets in the hallways and the spa, could have been improved.

Large clean room, comfortable bed, supplied tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Soft large towels in the bathroom, good water pressure for the shower. Tasty bar meal, great breakfast with lots of choice. Stunning building, close to attractions and zoo.

Stayed here for 1 night with my daughter, had an excellent stay. The staff was welcoming and pleasant, offered me wake up service and ironing free of charge. The pool area was great and the location was incredible, adjacent to restaurant and bar, city centre and Chester and the zoo.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs as a solo traveler. It was near public transport and close to Chester, which offered a lot of things to do and see. The room was spacious and modern with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom with both a shower and a bath. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout our stay. The breakfast had a great variety of options and was always served hot. The hotel also had a lovely setting and offered a relaxing spa experience.

The signage around the hotel needs improvement, as it was difficult to find our way around and we ended up getting lost a few times.

Loved my very comfortable stay for a long time. I ate at a small restaurant for breakfast. Many things to like: very comfy bed, delightful food, welcoming staff.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short drive from the city center and with easy access to the route into Wales. The gardens were lovely, with comfortable seating near the lounges and bar. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. The size of the superior room was impressive, giving us plenty of space to relax. The breakfast selection was delicious and the staff were polite. The pool and facilities were great, apart from the ladies' toilet which needed some attention. I had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
